I'd like to build a custom trigger that 1) fires on a schedule 2) unless the build is red/failing, in which case I want it to run if there are any modifications, so that if someone checks in a fix, we can get the build passing. Is this possible with current CCNet triggers? I'm OK writing my own if need be. If I do, how can I get the current state of the current project in my trigger?
