To get a difference map, use "Scripting" and type something like: (read-cif-data-with-phases-fo-fc "data/shelx/thox.fcf.cif") You will notice that (for the "positive density") 0.0.33 makes an Fo,alpha_calc map, which is not usually what you want. 0.0.34 ["Out Sooon" (he said with an inward hollow laugh)] provides a sigmaA map.
