You could use phased MR taking as input the difference map coefficients
after a few cycles of
c-terminal CaM refinement.

Dear memebers,
I recently solved one complex structure: cyaa with c-terminal CaM. Now I am
trying to build the N-terminal CaM in through the modeling method.
CaM contants N- and C-terminal through a flexible helix. it have different
conformations through NMR result. if N-termianl is fixed, C-terminal have the
rotating conformation.
I am looking for a program or some methods to do the modeling and find one
reasonable conformation to N-terminal. If someone has the similar experience,
would you like to share your experience with me?
Any suggestions and comments are welcomed.
