O.k. You all win. I will ad partials to FC and PHIC (it is not going to be structure factors from coordinates any more)

hi ian,

1. Who uses the FC/PHIC columns from Refmac?

in uppsala we use them in the calculations for EDS (http://eds.bmc.uu.se/eds/eds_help.html#NITTY_GRITTY)

2. What do you use them for?

real-space fits are calculated between a 2mFo-DFc and an Fc map (http://xray.bmc.uu.se/usf/mapman_man.html#S41)

3. Does the way you use them require that the disordered solvent
contribution be excluded (as now), or ideally should it be included (as
I would like)?

it's still early in the morning here (so my brain is still booting up), but i think it would be better if it were included
