I'll be glad to send you the one I wrote for internal use. It matches Expasy's values within 0.1-0.3 units, the discrepancy due to incorporation of several less common amino-acid pKa's.

Does anyone have a perl script for calculating the pI of a protein from
its sequence?  (Which is the best pKa scale to use?)
