when you have a cracked crystal big enough to take a small piece out of it mount only that piece and if they diffract well enough you are safe.
Hope this helps Padayatti PS Pius S Padayatti,Ph.D. Department of Biochemistry, RT500, School of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University, 10900Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH-44106-4935 Phone:Off,216-368-6833;Home:261-381-3775; ----- Original Message ----- From: Sunando Datta <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Thursday, October 27, 2005 5:10 pm Subject: [ccp4bb]: Crystallization Help > *** For details on how to be removed from this list visit the *** > *** CCP4 home page http://www.ccp4.ac.uk *** > > > Hi > this is not a crystallography question.
