Hello,   A new version of Surface Racer (4.0; academic freeware) outputs accessible and molecular surface areas and average molecular surface curvatures for each amino acid residue as well as for each atom of a structure.   http://monte.biochem.wisc.edu/~tsodikov/surface.html cheers, Oleg
