If you have images in bmp format (or anyother format could be converted to bmb format using convert program in gimp) you can use "AVI creator" free,easy windows software to make avi file and can play either in powerpoint or in ooffice. Personally we use GLR to make image files (or render it in povray)

Thank all for so many quick reply.

Using Pymol and ccp4mg (povray should be ok) to render a series of png images, and
then using mencode to convert images into a avi movie, which can be played in
windows.
