I would think you should worry - but you need to give more details - is
it all odd ( ie left handed helices) or is there just a few residures?
Eithr way you need to check very carefully..

I met a problem during check my structure (160aa, 1.5A resolution) by whatcheck,
which gave out an error:

A comparison of the backbone conformation with database proteins
shows that the backbone fold in this structure is very unusual.
Backbone conformation Z-score : -6.877
I wondered if it should be worried about.
Any suggestion?
