The paper mentioned by George (Acta D61, 1599-1602) shows an interesting refinement effect that can be controlled by changing the weights on different classes of restraints. It was a serendipitous result though. It might prompt more adjustments of weight in the future. It also did not involve a proline, but was a peptide between a glycine and an isoleucine. Ron
