>From all the feedback, I think I can make everyone happy if Phaser outputs an mtz file (x.mtz) with no change in input cell and spacegroup in the (possibly) non-standard setting (i.e. as is does at the moment) and if necessary a second mtz file (x.std.mtz) with the cell changed and the spacegroup in the standard setting. It should be obvious what is going on, especially if documented :-) Many thanks for the feedback to all those who responded. Airlie
