I am trying to determine the electrostatic surface potential of a DNA/protein complex using ccp4mg. When I load the complex and run the calculation, the protein is displayed with the correct scheme, but the DNA is shown as completely neutral. I have also tried this with just a DNA oligo and it was again shown as completely neutral. Is this a problem with the input, or does CCP4mg not support the esp of nucleic acids yet, or is it something else. Any help would be great. Thanks, Derrick --
