I am trying to overlay two electron density maps for a model 1 and a model
2 arround an area of confusing electron density.
The way I have tryied doing it is by superimposing (using LSQKAB) my
model1 onto model2 to obtain rotation and translation values. Then apply
these values to map 1 to have it overlayed with map2 (using MAPROT).

if you use O, use the rot_tran_obj command to apply an operator to your map object (for a more involved example macro see ftp://xray.bmc.uu.se/pub/gerard/omac/ncs_maps.omac although this uses the old map_* commands to draw the maps)

if you want to do more than just display the map, you can use the 'e-z skewing' option in mave - see http://xray.bmc.uu.se/usf/mave_man.html#H11
