I would like to compare the relationship of two
lattices within the same crystal. The lattices have crystal
orientations of rotx, rotz, roty of (63.1, -22.0, 44.1) and (63.1,
158.0, -6.4), respectively. So for the given crystal there is a 180°
rotation in roty and a 50° rotation of rotz. The data was
processed with HKL2000. I was wondering how to correlate these
relative orientations within the C2 unit cell with dimensions a =
124.16, b = 50.49, c = 41.48 Å, beta =108.92° Although, the
translation along the y axis is arbitrary I wish to speculate on how
these two lattices associate within the
crystal.
