The most probable cause is that the program is failing to read the
symmetry from the PDB file for your reference structure.
What reference structure are you using? How did you make it? Can you
send me your buccaneer command file?

I got an error (pasted below) from Buccaneer 0.2.0 running from the
ccp4i in CCP4 5.95.5. Any idea what is the meaning of that.
