Hi Sara In CCP4i System Administration, click on 'Configure Interface', then scroll down to 'Hardware Resources' (near the bottom). In the section entitled 'Enter names and commands for black/white printers', click on 'Add a black-white printer', type a single word name by which you want to know the printer in the left hand box, then type lpr -P<printer_name> in the right hand box. Repeat for 'Add a colour printer'.
