Those won't work, as they are not compiled on or for the intel
processor. Even if you force-install, and the computer uses Rosetta,
most of the ccp4 programs, for example, will fail.
You have to throw everything into the fire and start anew.
I just got an iMac last saturday and have started experimenting. My

It will tell you how to get a working fink install, gfortran, g95,
etc, and how to compile ccp4, coot and friends.
