Not directly a CCP4 problem, but just wondered if anyone knows what to do: if you draw beta sheets in Molscript and smooth them, the c-alpha atoms aren't necessarily on the sheet itself. When I draw a disulfide bond, its very obvious that the atoms aren't on the sheet so it looks like the atoms are in the wrong place, but its the sheet representation really. Any ideas how to draw the disulfide so that the it doesn't look ridiculous?
