Dear ALL:
My dataset was indexed as R3/H3 space group. After running
molecular replacement, 2 specific solution were obtaind.
A warning message was shows when H3 .mtz was used in
refinement. Either R and free R value were dropped down.
Detail informaton was described as below.
However, when R3.mtz was used, only R value was dropped down.
The free R value was a little bit increased.
Any one have same experiences? Suggestions would be high
appreciated.
