Hi,
I am trying to build a monomer, using Monomer Library Sketcher, which
has an arsenic attached to an aromatic ring. When I try to create
library description the task fails every time with the error message:
WARNING : monomer:PAS - has the minimal description.
WARNING: there is not metal chirality for:AS7
WARNING : /subroutine CALC_VOBSN/
/home/lparker/lib_stuff/PAS_libcheck.pdb
has failed with error message
Last system error message: No such file or directory
refmac5: Cannot find input file
If, however, I build the same structure substituting the As for a Carbon
Ii have no troubles at all, this is also the case if I attempt to build
a monomer with an As attached to a non-aromatic 6-membered ring. Does
anyone have any suggestions as to how I can build my monomer??
Cheers,
Lorien
