Hi Juergen Your email was bounced because it exceeded the limit of 25000 characters/25kB for messages to CCP4BB. The usual reason why this happens is when someone sends an attachment with their message e.g. a diffraction image, although sometimes the image is small enough to get through. In your case I think the message included an IATA form as an attachment. If you resubmit your message with a link to the form rather than an attachment, it should get through. I should add that occasionally summaries of discussion are long enough to fall foul of the 25000 character limit!
