Hi Robert, I would try MPD concentrations of 30,40, 50% or as high as needed to avoid dissolving the crystals. At [MPD] over 30% you should be fine for cryoprotectant (but always freeze an empty drop to check). In which solution you would harvest those crystals? And which solution you would use for cryoprotection? Many many thanks in advance
