Hi, ..I´m searching for experienced persons in gel crystallization..!!(I have a 67kDa, a 47kDa and a 57kDa protein all of them with a pI around 4.8) When is ist useful to use gel crystallization- when not? What gels should be used? Do you have any hints for special papers? Thanks for any help,
