Dear All,

I think I shot myself a bit into the foot on the
upgrade (in fact a separate install) from 5.0.2 to 6.0 using the default
install.sh.

RH 8.0, 5.0.2 was working fine, installed 6.0.

using ccp4 6.0.0, with ccp4i 1.4.4 :

when re-running a previously ok refmac job from the GUI, a interface warning
comes up:

ERROR running script /home/br/2ldh/CCP4_DATABASE/13_refmac5.def
Probably due to having RUN_CCP4I not set correctly
See the Configuration Interface window

(there is indeed no 13_refmac file yet in that directory)

What do I have to set differently from 5.0.2 in the config window?
(the working 5.0.2 def file in .CCP4 got overwritten, unfortunately, so
nothing to copy from....)

log graphs work fine, but command scripts are also not found

In the config window, for the 'Command to set up CCP4' box, the
help statement "You should enter the command that you use locally to
do this" (i.e., set up the CCP4 program suite) is not clear -
I just source the aliased setup script:

ccp60 aliased to 'source /prg/configure/ccp4.setup-csh' (which is
executable too)

So far variations of this theme in the Config Window box have not yielded
any success.
Other rtfm research not successful either.
What am I missing here?

Thx! br
PS: I also think that the install.sh should create the configure dir as a
subdirectory
of ccp4-6.0, as in prev versions (I just used the install defaults).
