If you want to program it, look in either SIGMAA or SFTOOLS - both have
the formula, (probably both from Randy Read)
Or Clipper routines..

In ccp4 6.0, look under Clipper Utilities. There is a program which
will convert from HL to phi/fom or phi-fom to HL coeffs, including
adding the zero C/D columns.
Since pirate and buccaneer only work on HL coeffs, this gets used
quite a lot.

Hi,
Does anyone know the formula/or equation to calculate the
Hendrickson-Lattman Coefficients from known Fmodel and phase?
Once the formula is known, I can code it with fortran. Should I use
degree or radian regarding phases?
In addition, how to extract the A and B term (in complex A + iB) from
the known Fmodel and phases as well?
Thanks a lot!
Qing
