Hello, I am trying to run a locked rotation function with GLRF but am having some problems reorienting my search model (a homodimer). If I understand correctly I should align the model's NCS axis to the axis obtained from the self rotation function, right? Is there a straightforward way to do this? Thank you all. Jose
