Hi Dirk

CCP4 6.0/6.0.1 contains a script in the etc subdirectory called
"patch_ccp4.sh", which will fetch and apply any source code patches to
the current version from the CCP4 ftp site - see the documentation at
e.g. http://www.ccp4.ac.uk/dist/html/patch_ccp4.html

However this will not upgrade 6.0 to 6.0.1. I believe that the plan is
that a single 6.0-to-6.0.1 patch file will be made available in the next
few days that can be downloaded and applied using the patch program
directly.
