Gerard Kleywegts program SEAMAN will do this (command SERIne): http://alpha2.bmc.uu.se/usf/
consider also using "mixed" models (eg retain sidechains  of conserved residues): CCP4 program chainsaw will do this, as will the SCWRL server after a FFAS alignment:
http://ffas.ljcrf.edu/ffas-cgi/cgi/ffas.pl
Put the resulting ensemble into PHASER for MR
I havent tried Mr Bump yet

Hi guys,
I would like to try multi_probe, so I need an all atom, poly_Ser and poly_ala model. It is easier to get all atom and poly_ala model, how could I get poly_ser model?
   By the way,can CCP4 run the multi_probe?
   Best regards,
