Hi
I was wondering if anyone had tried using the real space refine function in
coot on a
Macintel. We have just
installed ccp4 and coot on these computers but I can't refine atoms/residues in
coot. Any
ideas? I am
assuming that I am missing a library but don't know if this is something I have
missed or a
problem with the
'mactels'. The coot program I got was from SBgrid 'coot_0.1.0_intel'. Any
advice/info would
be great!!
