Hi,
I am building glucosyl oxocarbenium ion based on alpha-D-glucose with
Sketcher. Being aware of the nature of Partial planarity of this molecule ,
I edited the planar group defination ( O1,C1,C2,C5) and incorporated into
cif file. HOwever, the displayed structre from the cif file is still like
glucose, not planar at all. Simply this defination doesn't work as
supposed to. Any suggestion? by the way, there is no such pdb file to
steal strcuture from. :) appreciate your input !
