Hi everyone, Haven't experienced this one before, but when I run jobs through the ccp4i interface, some strange things are happening. First, I will get a command line error in the window where the interface was started saying something like: CopyFile: input file xxxxxxxxx/Depositfiles/directory/unknown210606:22:00:05.refmac does not exist If I look in the DepositFiles directory, a file called unknown210.refmac exists (but not one with the previous name listed in the error message) Next, even though the refined pdb file is written to my current project directory, the maps that are generated are never copied out of /tmp into the working directory, like they normally have been. Any ideas on what's wrong?
