Just a quick answer, as I only have sporadic contact with email, and no access to relevant example, at the moment. This should just be an issue of the reported name. The symmetry operations, which are what is actually used in most cases, should be OK. What to do about it? Well, personally I'd use Emacs to edit the ASCII header, and add in quotes, but I guess that is not the official recommendation... If I remember correctly, you can run it through CAD with SYMM keyword and that will re-write the header correctly. If this remains a problem, I'll look at it more closely on Friday.
