You did not indicate how you transfered your files... If you are using ftp
to transfer your files and you are using ascii mode instead of binary -
then you may corrupt your files. If you are going between windows/unix
you might have newline issues, etc.
One thing you can do is ensure that all the file sizes for the images look
about the same... This would indicate potential corruption.
You may also want to check that mosflm could read your images.
Regarding hkl2000 - I do not know how licensing works with that version -
but in the older denzo - you need a license key for every detector type.
If as you indicate this is a new detector - maybe it is licensing...
