You might resolve this problem by copying the libX11.so into a 'private'
directory (e.g. $CCP4/lib) and starting ipmosflm through a sh-script like
8<----------------snip ----------------
#/bin/sh
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$CCP4/lib:LD_LIBRARY_PATH
exec ipmosflm
------------------snap ---------------->8
That way ipmosflm should use a different library than NX.
