Hi Rebecca
You could use our REFOLD database for this. You can search with all your criteria in the advanced search. I found 3 hits, but this is of course limited by the size of our current database

Sorry for the off-topic question:

I am in search of a protein with the following characteristics
--small (< 15kD)
--monomeric
--highly soluble when expressed in E. coli
--basic pI (9.0 or higher).
--preferably with the structure determined by x-ray crystallography, though not required

(I haven't figured out a way to easily search for crystal structures using pI as a criteria in the RCSB, which might also provide some potential proteins with the above listed characteristics).

Any advice/thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Rebecca
