Hello: Is there anyone use baculovirus _expression_ system for
protein crystallization. Is it always necessary to remove the post-translational
modifications of the recombination protein, such as phosphorylation or glycosylation,
which can probably prevent the crystallization? If it is so, what enzymes
may be used to solve those problems? Dose anyone have some suggestions? Thanks sheng |
