Dear all,
We have beam time coming up (ID23-1, Grenoble) and want to
use the automatic sample changer. The problem is that we
are short on barcode labeled bases and/or the barcodes are
not readable anymore. We were wondering if the barcode is
essential for using the automatic sample changer?
In addition, we also have bases (without barcode) which
seem to have the same specifications as the SPINE base but
have a nick on both sides. Instead of the small hole in
the bottom of the SPINE base. The nicks are most likely
there to accommodate a cryowand with a small bar on the
side, used for tight sealing of plastic sampleholders. Is
it possible to use these bases for the sample changer?
