Hi Klaas,
I can recommend the following:

(1) Finsy, R. (1994) Particle sizing by quasi-elastic light scattering.
Advances in Colloid and Interface Science 52, 79-143.

(2) Wilson, W.W. (2003) Light scattering as a diagnostic for protein
crystal growth- A practical approach. Journal of Structural Biology 142,
56-65.

(3) Wilson, W.W. Monitoring Crystallization Experiments using DLS:
assaying and moniroring protein crystallization in solution. (1990).
Methods 1, 110-117.

(3) The Malvern website
(http://www.malvern.co.uk/labeng/industry/protein/proteins.htm) and the
manual that comes with their Zetasizer Nano S machine.

Best wishes,
Savvas

Hi,

I'm looking for good books/book chapters about the dynamic light scatter
and interferometry techniques. Good as in nicely written, lots of
information on practical matters, instrumentation and theory, and
containing specific information on application to protein solutions.

Either in dutch, english, german or french.

thanks,

Klaas Decanniere
