-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello, we observed the very same error message, but only with ccp4-6.0.1, not ccp4-6.0. I just realised there is a patch refmac5.tcl-r139.2.3-r1.42.diff at ftp://ftp.ccp4.ac.uk/ccp4/6.0.1/patches, which might well be related to this error message. We haven't installed it yet, though. I do not think that you made a mistake, since I have installed ccp4 already quite a few times.
