Responsibilities will involve the development, validation, and implementation 
of SB platforms and SBDD strategies in addressing selectivity issues associated 
with kinase drug design; recordkeeping, SOPs and QC development. To qualify, 
you must have a PhD or PhD-level scientific abilities in X-ray crystallography; 
expertise in kinasestructural biology (SB) and structure-based drug design 
(SBDD); and solid experience in all aspects of protein crystallization and 
crystallography. Experience in kinase inhibitor design is highly preferred. 
Principal/Senior Principal Scientist -Structural Biology

In the Department of Structural Biology you will be responsible for managing a 
highly experienced gene to crystal team comprising 4 scientists and its 
accompanying portfolio of several projects in the drive to establish robust 
crystallization platforms to support structure guided efforts within the 
Department. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular 
Biology, Structural Biology or a closely related discipline with six or more 
years of postdoctoral experience in delivering high quality protein reagents 
which enable structural biology efforts. This position requires significant 
depth and breadth of experience in all modern approaches to construct design, 
expression, purification, characterizing and crystallization of recombinant 
proteins in support of structure guided ligand design efforts.
Principal Scientist Crystallographer (R5/R6)

As a vital member of our Protein Crystallography Group, you will be involved in 
its work with cross-functional teams to solve structures of new drug targets 
and generate protein: ligand co-crystal structures. Responsibilities include 
determining and interpreting crystal structures, and presenting the results to 
interdisciplinary project teams. To qualify, you should have a PhD in 
Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field; 1 to 3 years post-doctoral 
crystallography experience in an academic or industrial research lab; a breadth 
of knowledge and expertise in macromolecular X-ray crystallography; and 
excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
