[ccp4bb]: what "T" represents in the output of ESPript?

Hi, all,

This might be a trivial question.  There were some "T"s showing on the 
top of the sequence in the output of webESPript. What they respresent 
for? I thought they could mean helix turn residues, but obviously not 
all helix turn residues have that "T" on the top.

Anybody can give me a clue?
