Dear Karen,
this hydrogen bond is rather impossible, unless you work at a very basic
pH or in a very specific environment. Are you sure that there is no
other interpretation of your electron density?
Greetings
Wim

Dear All,
I was wondering if you know of some references with regard to hydrogen
bond interactions between a guanidium group of an Arg residue with another amine group
in any structure? Thanks for your help.
Karen
