I'm trying to start ccp4i over an X11 tunneled ssh session (ssh -X). This works for many applications but not for ccp4i. I get the following error: Anyone know how to get this to work or why this error is occurring? It works if I just setenv DISPLAY ..., but it's annoying to have to do that esp if you are behind a NAT with other users. Would it help if I compiled the ccp4i against the system libraries rather than use the binary distribution?
