Hi Tim

Downloading CCP4 6.0.1 will obviously include all the patches
accumulated for 6.0, but not the patches since then.

However if you are installing from source on a UNIX or Linux system then
there is a shell script distributed with the package that will download
and apply all the available patches - for details on usage see

http://www.ccp4.ac.uk/dist/INSTALL.html#updates

and

http://www.ccp4.ac.uk/dist/html/patch_ccp4.html

The script is not currently integrated into the installer script
generated by the automated downloads page, so it requires some
additional effort when installing via this route. I hope that it will
also be incorporated into the installer for future releases.
