Hi Jack,
could you retireve the following PDB file within coot: 2A0K or 2F67
and then display in your version of Coot the symmetry mates.
It works for me in Coot 0.1.1-intelMac (the sbgrid compiled) ,
0.0.34-pre-1(linux), 0.033(linux)
