As Harry says, MrBUMP will screen a set of models for you, using Phaser and/or Molrep to carry out the molecular replacement calculations. You can also use Phaser directly, using the OR subkey of the SEARCH command to specify a series of models to be tested in turn. In addition, as long as the alternative models superimpose reasonably well on each other (i.e. there are no domain movements), you can use a subset of superimposed models as an ensemble, which often gives better signal than using individual models.
