You won't get an argument from me here. I only summarized the three conclusions we have seen throughout this discussion, namely that either, the rmsd's should be independent of the resolution, that they should be larger with decreasing resolution, or that they should be smaller with decreasing resolution. All arguments sound plausible in their own ways.

What should the rmsd's be?
