Hi all,
I found a nice 2002 CCP4 discussion thread about high b-factors. But
is there any discussion thread / references talking about high
b-factors for a structure obtained from twinned data ?! i've googled
and haven't found anything.
Thanks,
Sid.
Nooo - but should there be any difference in the discussion? If you have
refined twinning and the twin factor is correct then the B factor
behavior for the diffeent crystal fragments should be more or less the
same as for a single crystal case, shouldnt it?
