The density between the symmetry related trimers of the well placed trimer does not represent any secondary structures. There is a general shape of the whole trimer present, but only very general. I am looking into programs such as FFFEAR, BUSTER, and DEMON/ANGEL. They all seem to offer a potential solution. Thank you for your help so far. Paul Widboom
