Dear all, I´ve been having problems with some graphics programs (pymol and coot). What happens is that they open ok, then I open a pdb, map, etc and after a few tumbles, moves, zooms, editing, etc. the display gets all messed up. (as an example I've attached a screenshot of what happens when I use pymol). After the graphic display on the computer goes like that the only thing I can do is (with lots of trouble as I can't see much) is to restart the computer and then all goes back to normal. The thing is I had been using pymol and coot for a very long time and never had any problems. Suddenly this problem started and I'm not sure what might have happened. I have ever formated the whole hard disk, reinstalled windows and everything else but the problem is still there. My computer is an Acer Aspire 1400, runing windowsXP-Prof. Not sure what other information may be usefull but let me know and I'll find it.
